Car painter (cabin)

Place of work: Tirschenreuth, Germany

car painting, surface preparation, paint application, polishing, body painting, paint repair, paint renovation, parts painting, coloring, paint protection, post-accident painting, scratch removal, industrial painting, grinding, coating application, color matching, paintwork, paint damage repair, body protection, paint finish
Scope of duties

  • painting vehicles in a spray booth (dust-free booth)

  • preparing surfaces for painting (degreasing, filling, sanding, masking, priming)

  • mixing paints and varnishes

  • operating a manual spray gun

  • working with water-based and colorless varnishes

  • painting passenger cars 

  • occasional support in bodywork and bodywork

Wanted competences

  • experience as a cabin painter – a necessary condition

  • very good knowledge of the process of mixing and applying paints

  • knowledge of operating painting equipment and spray guns

  • ability to work with water-based and colorless paints

  • independence, precision and responsibility

  • experience in working with oldtimers and new car models is welcome

  • readiness to occasionally support bodywork

  • knowledge of German NOT REQUIRED (welcome)

  • driving license category B 

  • own car 

We offer
