Chef De Partie (F/M)

Location: Cocksdorp, Netherlands

Accommodation: arranged

Scope of responsibilities

Work independently in your own kitchen section
Prepare meals according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
Maintain high quality standards
Comply with HACCP principles
Collaborate with the kitchen team

Sought-after competences

Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Chef De Partie
Good command of English – required
Catering education or equivalent certification – preferred
Ability to work according to recipes and standards
Guest-oriented and ensure high-quality dishes
Communication skills and teamwork
Long-term availability (12+ months)

We offer

Dutch contract
Monthly salary: €3,135.21 gross (includes holiday bonuses and vacation days)
Weekly pay, including holiday days and vacation savings
Accommodation close to work: approx. €120/week
Participation in the tip system: approx. €2.50–€3.00 per hour
