Chef de Partie (F/M) (Bistro)

Workplace: Breda, Netherlands

Accommodation: Single room in an apartment

Scope of responsibilities

Independent work as a Chef de Partie
Independent management of your own section in the bistro
Working in an open kitchen
Application of recipes and adherence to restaurant guidelines
Knowledge and adherence to HACCP and occupational health and safety regulations

Sought-after competences

At least 2 years of documented experience working as a Chef de Partie in bistros or fine dining restaurants.
Culinary education or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Ability and experience in independently preparing soups, sauces, and marinades.
Independence and excellent organization of one's own work and that of the team.
At least communicative English.
Guest-focused, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create unforgettable experiences.
Open-minded, good communication and teamwork skills.
Category B driving license is preferred.

Competitive monthly salary of €3,059.71 gross (including holiday allowance and paid days off)
Weekly salary, including holidays and holiday allowance (minimum 8% of gross annual salary)
Option to use cozy accommodation close to the workplace (paid €120 per week)
Participation in the tip system (approximately €1.50 per hour)
Coordinator support in obtaining a BSN and health insurance
