Scope of responsibilities
  • Preparing and aesthetically serving a la carte dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish, Italian, Greek)
  • Preparing simple sushi items (basic experience required)
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team in planning and implementing seasonal menus and special offers
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Complying with HACCP principles and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace
  • Managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers in accordance with restaurant procedures
  • Supporting the organization of events and special occasions (including buffets, barbecues, group dinners)
  • Working independently in the kitchen and effectively managing the assigned kitchen position
Sought-after competences
  • Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a chef de partie or similar position
  • Basic experience in sushi preparation
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Accuracy and attention to the quality of prepared food
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining kitchen hygiene
  • Manual skills and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Category B driving license
