Scope of duties

Preparing and presenting menu items
Maintaining high culinary standards and consistency of food quality
li>Working with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
li>Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Managing stock and liaising with suppliers as required

Wanted competences

vocational education
experience in a similar position as a chef
communicative knowledge of English
ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
good communication and teamwork
driving license category B
