CNC Operator (F/M) Turner, Milling Machine, Grinder

€2,800 net/month

Workplace: Ottobeuren, Germany

Scope of responsibilities

Operation of CNC lathes with Fanuc control
Manual setup and retooling of multi-spindle machines
Tool changing (several tools on spindles simultaneously)
Performing manual measurements (microscopes for tolerance control, possible corrections)
Adjusting and monitoring machine operation
Quality control of manufactured parts
Work exclusively on high-volume production (from 20,000 pieces to 30 million pieces)
Sorting finished products into boxes and preparing for transport
After the implementation period – operation of two machines at the same time
Production is approximately 60% stainless steel

Sought-after competences

Experience working with CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders, lasers)
Willingness to learn and be trained in the operation of CNC lathes
Ability to work with technical documentation and measurements
Accuracy, responsibility, and commitment

We offer

Contract on German terms
Long-term employment
Rate: €14.90 gross/hour + €28 per diem/day
Monthly salary: approximately €2,800 net/month (depending on experience)
Accommodation (single room)

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period

In the first year: €230 gross
In the second year: €320 gross
In subsequent years: €420 gross
