CNC Operator Mazak (Lathes / Milling Machines)

Workplace: Hapert, the Netherlands
Accommodation: Provided

Factory worker is programming a CNC milling machine with a tablet computer.

Job Responsibilities

operating CNC Mazak lathes and milling machines, including 5-axis Mazak Integrex machines with Mazatrol interface
manufacturing components in inches, mainly mechanical seals made of Inconel, super duplex, and other hard-to-machine materials
monitoring the machining process and making necessary adjustments
quality control of finished parts in accordance with technical documentation

Required Skills

minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator (Mazak lathes or milling machines)
experience with Mazak Integrex machines will be an advantage
ability to work with demanding materials (Inconel, super duplex)
precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of workshop measurements
willingness to work in a 3-shift system
good command of English
driver's license cat. B
