For our client – a metalworking company specializing in the production of large-sized components (including large rolling bearings and transmission parts) – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

CNC Turner (F/M)

Workplace: Gremsdorf, Germany

Accommodation: provided - single rooms

START: April 2026

Scope of responsibilities

Operation, setup, and monitoring of CNC machines (lathes, 3-5 axis drilling machines) from Takisawa, Hermle, and DMG Mori.
Working with Siemens and Fanuc controls.
Production of large rolling bearings and transmission parts (components up to several meters in diameter).
Assembly of rotary joints and swivel drives.
Materials processed: C45, 42CrMo, GG cast iron, St52-3.
Measurement and quality control according to technical drawings and CAD data.
Regular machine maintenance.

Sought-after competences

Completed vocational training in the metal industry or many years of experience as a CNC lathe operator.
Experience in tool changing, setting up, and operating CNC lathes according to technical drawings.
Crane operating license (can be obtained from the client).
German language – communicative level.
Category B driving license.

We offer

Contract based on German terms

Work system: 3-shift system

1st shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
2nd shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Breaks: 30 min after 6 hours / 45 min after 9 hours
Overtime possible upon agreement

Remuneration:

from €15.35/h gross → approx. €2,800 net/month.
after the 5th week: approx. €3,000 net/month.

bonuses and benefits:

€200 after 6 months.
€100 fuel bonus after 4 weeks.

accommodation: single rooms (shared kitchen and bathroom, WiFi) – €600/month.
distance from accommodation to work: max. 20km

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

€230 gross in the first year.
€320 gross in the second year.
€420 gross in subsequent years.
