For our client - a German company specializing in the production of specialized bearings and similar components that enable smooth and reliable rotational movements of machine elements - we are looking for candidates for the position of:

CNC Turner (F/M)
Location: Höchstadt, Gremsdorf, Germany

cnc milling machine, milling machine, milling cutters, cnc

Scope of responsibilities

Independent operation and setup of machines
Independent tool changing
Loading parts and components into machines
Taking measurements
Working from technical drawings
Minor program corrections (welcome, but not necessary)
Quality and visual inspection
Preparing technical documentation
Performing minor maintenance
Changing oil, water, filters, etc.

Initially two shifts, later a change to a three-shift system:
- Morning: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM (Mon-Thu), 5:00 AM–11:00 AM (Fri)
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (Mon-Thu), 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fri)
- Night: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM

General Information:

Supported control systems (depending on the machine): Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain
Production mainly in small batches (approx. 2000–2500 pieces)
Supported machines: Takamaz XC 100, Mori Seiki DuraTurn, DMG Mori Seiki NZX / NLX, NL
Works on three-axis machines
Materials processed: aluminum, stainless and ordinary steel, metal alloys (e.g., beryllium copper)
Element weight: maximum 5–10 kg

Sought-after competences

Experience working with CNC machines (min. 2 years)
Ability to read technical drawings
Willingness to work in a three-shift system
Experience machining complex components
Communicative knowledge of German
Category B driving license
Own car

We offer

Contract on German terms
Long-term employment
Wage: €14.90 gross/hour + per diem
Monthly salary: €2,900 net/month
Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
- First year: €230 gross
- Second year: €320 gross
- Subsequent years: €420 gross
Accommodation: €600/month
