CNC lathe/K/M programmer (Fanuc)

Scope of responsibilities

Preparing and operating CNC lathes (manufacturing medium and very large metal parts)
Entering data and settings into the program on the machine panel.
Selection and installation of appropriate cutting tools.
Machine programming
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models
Production and inspection of finished products in accordance with specified guidelines
Conducting control measurements
Maintenance of machines and tools

Sought-after competences

Experience as a CNC lathe programmer.

Ability to independently program from the machine panel.
Very good knowledge of the Fanuc system.
Experience working with medium- and large-sized components.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Experience working with modeling software (CAM/CAD – preferred).
Accuracy, independence, and the ability to work under time pressure.
Willingness to work standing and lifting heavy objects.
Communicative English or Dutch.
Category B driving license.
