Electrical designer

Place of work: Wiesentheid, Germany

Scope of duties
  • designing and constructing electrical installations for machines and production lines
  • creating electrical diagrams in EPlan P8
  • planning and selecting electrical components (drives, inverters, PLC controllers)
  • preparing technical documentation (material lists, connection plans, diagrams)
  • cooperating with the mechanical, automation and customer departments in terms of technical arrangements
  • checking compliance of projects with safety standards and regulations
  • participating in machine start-ups at customers' sites
  • occasional business trips
Wanted competences
  • technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics or related
  • experience in designing electrical installations and industrial automation
  • ability to operate EPlan P8
  • knowledge of standards and regulations regarding machine safety
  • ability to work in a team and have good communication skills
  • German language minimum B1-C2
  • willingness to travel
  • driving license category B
