Scope of responsibilities

sanding window and door constructions with a focus on achieving a high-quality final product
performing administrative tasks related to the loading and transport of finished products
reporting inaccuracies, production errors, or administrative issues to supervisors
carrying out clean, precise, and accurate work while maintaining the required pace
working on a fixed morning shift (Monday–Thursday: 7:30–16:30, Friday: 7:30–11:30)

Sought-after competences

experience in sanding aluminum and other metals (experience with other surface treatment methods is a plus but not required).
ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings.
good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
ability or willingness to operate a gantry crane and forklift.
willingness to perform heavier tasks and work in a multitasking environment.
good command of the English language.
category B driving license – preferred.

employment under Belgian conditions
guaranteed 38 working hours per week
attractive salary: €18–€23 gross/hour
meal vouchers €6.55/day (employee contribution €1.09)

holiday allowance – calculated annually (15.38% of yearly gross earnings)
annual bonus – calculated annually (8.33% of yearly gross earnings) – subject to a minimum of
65 working days between July of the current year and June of the following year
