For our client – a stable and growing company operating throughout Germany and specializing in industrial facade painting – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Industrial facade painter (M/F)

Workplace: Heusenstamm, Germany

Accommodation: provided (single rooms)

Scope of responsibilities

On-site painting of industrial facades using a cup gun
Masking and preparing surfaces for painting
Filling, sanding, and priming of elements (including wet sanding)
Protecting outdoor elements and the workplace
Assembling mobile scaffolding for work at heights (~2.5 m)
Continuous workplace safety
Employee meetings at the company using private cars, followed by travel to the job site in a company vehicle
Work can last several days; the company provides accommodation and covers its costs
Assignments cover all of Germany

Sought-after competences

Experience as an industrial painter
Ability to work at heights
Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and attention to safety in the workplace
Accuracy, precision, and good work organization
Willingness to work on business trips throughout Germany
Category B driving license is essential (car not required)
At least communicative level of German

We offer

Contract based on German terms
Stable, long-term employment
Salary: €15.35 gross/hour plus allowance
Net salary: approx. €2,200 per month
Accommodation in single rooms: €600 per month

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

In the first year: €230 gross
In the second year: €320 gross
In subsequent years: €420 gross
