For our Client - a German company - we are looking for candidates for the position:

Industrial painter

Place of work: Friedrichshafen, Germany

Accommodation: organized

car painting, surface preparation, paint application, polishing, body painting, paint repair, paint renovation, parts painting, coloring, paint protection, post-accident painting, scratch removal, industrial painting, grinding, coating application, color matching, paintwork, paint damage repair, body protection, paint finish

Scope of duties

professional painting of steel, wooden and plastic parts
painting of passenger car components
painting in the Air-Mix system and the classic spray method (with a gun)
operating automatic painting systems and working in a paint booth
performing priming and other preparatory work before painting
quality control - verification of painted surfaces and corrections
hanging and removing parts from transport systems after painting
independently maintaining order in the workplace and taking care of the station
implementing tasks in accordance with high quality standards

Wanted competences

work experience as an industrial or automotive painter
Ability to work with the Air-Mix and spray methods
Accuracy and high quality of work
Knowledge of German at least at A2/B1 level – necessary for work and communication
Readiness to work in a two-shift system
Ability to work in a paint booth with full protective equipment (mask with air supply)
Independence, conscientiousness, teamwork skills
No health contraindications to working with chemicals and in a paint mask
Driving license category B
Own car

We offer

a contract on German terms
long-term employment
a rate of €14.35-€14.90 gross/h
monthly salary of €2800-€3000 net/month
holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the tariff and after the trial period
- in the first year 230€ gross
- in the second year 320€ gross
- in the following years 420€ gross
accommodation 600€/month
