For our client – a company with over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry, specializing in the production of tanks, GFK structures, and pipeline installations – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Laminator (M/F)

Location: Winterberg, Germany

Accommodation: organized

Scope of responsibilities

Lamination and hand lamination of plastic (GFK) components
Production of tanks and pipeline components
Preparation, fitting, grinding, and cutting of materials
Manufacturing components according to technical documentation
Working based on technical drawings
Occasional assembly trips (approx. once per quarter, 5–10 days, business trip within Germany – the company covers hotel and travel time)
One-day customer trips to assemble finished components are possible

Sought-after competences

Experience in laminating or working with plastics
Manual skills and attention to quality
Ability to read technical drawings
Willingness to travel
Experience in the GFK industry is desirable
Communicative German required
Category B driving license

We offer

Employment under German conditions (tarifvertrag)
Hourly rate: €14.91 gross/hour
Additional allowance: €28 net/working day
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Saturday work possible)
During business trips: approx. 9 hours per day, 7–10 days in a row
Overtime in exceptional situations (always during business trips)
Long-term cooperation
Monthly salary: €2,700 net/month

Accommodation: €600/month (paid by the company and deducted from salary)
Accommodation: max. 20 km from the workplace (single room, shared kitchen and bathroom, Wi-Fi)
Insurance from the first day of work
Bonuses: €25 after 3 months of service, €200 for referring an employee (paid after 4 weeks of work for the referred person)
40-person team, including employees from Poland
