Machine setter - injection molding machines (plastic production)

Workplace: Rijen, Netherlands

Scope of responsibilities

  • Starting, adjusting, and retooling injection molding machines

  • Changing injection molds and setting production parameters

  • Controlling cycle time and production flow

  • Ongoing monitoring of product quality and material waste

  • Independently repairing minor technical defects and reporting major failures

  • Close cooperation with the shift leader and production team to maintain process continuity

  • Working within a system 3-shift

Sought-after competences
 

  • Experience working with plastic injection molding processes

  • Knowledge of injection molding machine operation and basic adjustment principles

  • Good command of English or Dutch 

  • Accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork skills

  • Category B driving license - preferred

  • 20% shift bonus per hour-€18.12-€19.82 gross/hour
