Operator (F/M) CNC Mazak (lathes / milling machines)

Workplace: Hapert, Netherlands

Accommodation: arranged

 

Factory worker is programming a CNC milling machine with a tablet computer.
Scope of responsibilities
 
  • Operation of Mazak CNC lathes and milling machines, including Mazak Integrex 5-axis machines with a Mazatrol interface.
  • Production of inch-sized components, primarily mechanical seals made of Inconel, super duplex, and other difficult-to-machine materials.
  • Monitoring the machining process and making necessary corrections.
  • Quality control of manufactured parts in accordance with technical documentation.
Sought-after competences

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator (Mazak lathe or milling machine)
  • Experience working on Mazak Integrex machines is a plus.
  • Ability to work with demanding materials (Inconel, super duplex)
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of workshop measurements
  • Willingness to work a 3-shift system
  • Communicative English
  • Category B driving license
