For our client – an industrial warehouse – we are looking for people willing to work in the following position:

Order picker

Workplace: Gent/Evergem, Belgium

order picking, warehouse work, packing goods, sorting products, preparing shipments, operating a scanner, inventory, inventory management, warehouse work, warehouse logistics, quality control, order picking, manual labor, issuing goods, preparing products for shipment, loading and unloading, warehouse organization

Job description:

order picking
preparing finished pallets for shipment
unloading goods, checking quality
sorting and moving goods within the warehouse
performing tasks in a two-shift system (6-14 and 14-22)

We offer:

Employment under Belgian conditions
Rate:€16.68 gross/hour (salary paid weekly)

Holiday allowance - 15.38% of gross annual earnings of €5,130 gross

Annual bonus - 8.33% of gross annual earnings of €2,770 gross – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year

Guaranteed 39 hours of work per week, overtime paid at 150%

Possibility of using company accommodation - €140/week
Food voucher worth €6.50 gross for each day worked (employee's own contribution €1.09)

Option to purchase additional health insurance - €10 per month
Free travel to work, use of a company car

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position
Communicative knowledge of English
Readiness to start work immediately
Ease of teamwork, conscientiousness, accuracy, independence, flexibility
Category B driving license
Willingness to work in shifts
