For our client - a German company specializing in modular and prefabricated wooden construction - we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Prefabrication Carpenter (F/M)

Workplace: Falkenberg (Brandenburg), Germany

Accommodation: arranged

Scope of responsibilities

Production and assembly of wooden components for house construction
Production of wooden elements and structures in accordance with technical drawings and construction plans
Performing dimensional and quality checks of manufactured components
Independent cutting of wooden elements
Using modern machinery, tools, and production techniques
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
Close collaboration with the production team to achieve common goals

Required Skills

Completed carpentry training or comparable qualifications
Experience in woodworking and the production of wooden elements
Knowledge of using carpentry tools
Ability to read technical drawings
Accuracy and precision in work
Knowledge of German – required
Category B driving license + own car

We offer

Employment contract under German terms
Long-term employment
Wage: €14.91 gross/hour
Bonus: €25 (after three months of employment)

Monthly salary, approximately €2,900 net/month
Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
- First year: €230 gross
- Second year: €320 gross
- Subsequent years: €420 gross
Accommodation: €600/month
