For our client – a German construction company specializing in concrete prefabrication – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Production Worker – Concrete Prefabrication

Job Responsibilities
 
  • production of concrete elements: walls, ceilings, stairs for residential, industrial, and agricultural construction
  • assembly of reinforcing steel and reinforcement meshes
  • operation of production processes and preparation of materials
  • reporting malfunctions
  • maintenance and cleaning tasks

Required Skills

 

  • experience in a similar position within a construction company

  • practical knowledge of reinforcement assembly: steel bars, reinforcement meshes

  • communicative level of German language

  • operation of basic tools and production equipment

  • ability to read technical drawings is a strong advantage

  • driving license category B

We offer

 

  • german employment contract

  • gross rate: €14.90/hour

  • salary: €2600/month

  • bonus: €25 after 3 months of work

  • single shift system: 06:30 – 15:00. With high workload: possible shift work (05:00–13:30 and 13:30–22:00)

  • insurance

  • single room accommodation, paid up to €600/month (deducted from salary), located max. 20 km from workplace
