Scope of responsibilities
  • Controlling product quality in the aerospace industry
  • Performing visual, mechanical, and non-contact inspections based on work instructions
  • Conducting inspections both at the company's headquarters and at suppliers' (domestic and foreign)
  • Analyzing and verifying technical documentation accompanying products
  • Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with the AS9102 standard
  • Reporting and documenting nonconformities
  • Coordinating activities related to nonconformities on the supplier side or in logistics processes
  • Participating in root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions (RCCA, 8D, Kepner-Tregoe)
  • Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure quality and compliance with aviation standards
  • Participation in multidisciplinary teams and involvement in SCRUM initiatives
  • Implementing improvements in acceptance and inspection processes
  • Optional: participation in training to prepare for certification personnel
Sought-after competences
  • Technical or vocational education (preferably in this field)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work according to instructions
  • Proven experience in inspection and measurement methods in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work independently, provide structured reporting, and act precisely
  • Accuracy, conscientiousness, responsibility
  • Procedure knowledge AS9102 First Article Inspection and quality standards such as AS9100.

  • Experience using RCCA techniques such as 8D and Kepner-Tregoe (KT)

  • Category B driver's license
  • Knowledge of LEAN processes and continuous improvement principles is desirable.
