For our client – an elegant seaside hotel located near the beach – we are looking for candidates for the position:

Receptionist (F/M)
Location: Oostkapelle, Netherlands

Scope of responsibilities

Professional guest service in accordance with hotel standards
Guest check-in and check-out
Accepting and processing reservations (by phone, email, and online)
Entering data into the PMS MEWS system and updating reservation information
Billing stays, issuing invoices, and accepting payments
Providing information about the hotel, the surrounding area, and local attractions
Cooperating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, restaurant, technical department)

Sought-after competences

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (hotel management education is a plus)
Availability for a longer period (6+ months)
Experience working with the PMS MEWS system
English language skills at least B2 level
Basic knowledge of German or Dutch
Guest-oriented, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create unforgettable experiences
Very good communication skills and teamwork skills
Responsibility, conscientiousness in carrying out assigned tasks, and excellent work organization
