Workplace: Bad Neustadt, Bavaria, Germany

Scope of duties

preparing doughs and mixes according to given recipes
shaping and baking various types of bread and pastries (bread, rolls, croissants, etc.)
creating special-order products, such as gluten-free or vegan baked goods
decorating cakes and pastries
operating bakery machines, equipment, and ovens
quality control of baked products in accordance with standards
maintaining cleanliness and following health & safety regulations
working night shifts: during the week starting at 00:30, and from Friday to Saturday starting at 23:30

Required Skills

at least 1 year of experience as a baker
knowledge of various types of dough and baking techniques
ability to operate bakery equipment
reliability, commitment, and willingness to work
readiness to work night shifts
German language at A2 level

We offer

salary: €2200 net (€14.53 gross/hour + €26 daily allowance for each working day, depending on qualifications)
