For our Client - a family company from Belgium dealing with transport and logistics in Belgium and the Netherlands - we are looking for candidates for the position:

Truck mechanic

Place of work: Stekene, Belgium

engine repair, vehicle diagnostics, car maintenance, oil change, brake system repair, car service, technical inspections, suspension repair, computer diagnostics, parts replacement, engine adjustment, exhaust system repair, vehicle mechanics, vehicle servicing, gearbox repair, drive system repair, alignment adjustment, car electrics repair, spare parts installation, workshop work

Scope of duties

repair and maintenance of heavy goods vehicles
computer diagnostics of faults
trips to trucks that require repairs on the route
work on day shift (8:00-18:00)
work in the 3/1 system - 3 weeks of work, 1 week off (possibility of returning to Poland)

Wanted competences

mechanical education
several years of experience in a similar position
knowledge of issues related to truck mechanics and electrics
independence and precision
willingness to learn and improve skills
manual and technical skills
driving license category B
knowledge of English - welcome

We offer

employment on Belgian terms
guaranteed 38h of work per week
salary: 19.57€ gross/h
holiday bonus - 15.38% of gross annual earnings
annual bonus - 8.33% of gross annual earnings - provided that you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.

possible overtime work (approx. 50h of work per week), sometimes additional work on Saturday mornings
