Baker
Place of work: Haidmühle, Germany
Accommodation: organized, free
Scope of duties
  • preparing dough and mixtures according to the given recipes
  • forming and baking various types of baked goods (breads, rolls, croissants, etc.)
  • operating bakery machines and ovens
  • controlling the quality of baked goods in accordance with standards
  • maintaining order and observing health and safety regulations
  • work on the night shift: during the week from 0:30, and from Friday to Saturday from 23:30
Wanted competences
  • experience as a baker – minimum 1 year
  • knowledge of German at A2/B1 level
  • ability to operate bakery equipment
  • conscientiousness, commitment and willingness to work
  • readiness to work at night
