Scope of responsibilities
  • Operating an excavator or mini-excavator when transporting concrete and metal products.
  • Ensuring proper technical condition and ongoing maintenance of equipment.
  • Removing excess concrete from holes during pile installation.
  • Providing ongoing support for the pile driving process.
  • Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the construction site.
  • Cooperating with other workers.
  • Quickly switching between machine operation and manual work.
  • Completing tasks according to the work schedule: 50% of time operating the excavator or mini-excavator and 50% of time performing earthworks.

 

Sought-after competences
  • Experience as an excavator/mini-excavator operator
  • Good physical fitness and willingness to work in a system combining machine operation and manual labor.
  • Communicative English skills.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Conscientiousness, accuracy, and teamwork skills.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Own car preferred.
  • Dutch operator's license. – can be obtained through a one-day course at a school near Veghel (the company supports the training).
  •  availability and responsibility – the lack of an employee prevents the entire team from working.
