For our client – a company in the specialized vehicle and car body industry, operating in a modern production facility – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Car Painter (F/M)

Location: Eslohe, Germany

Accommodation: organized

Scope of responsibilities

Painting vehicle components, bodies, trailers, and complete vehicles
Painting in a spray booth
Operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance of painting equipment
Preparing surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, priming, masking)
Polishing components
Performing pre- and post-painting work
Quality control at every stage of the process and any necessary adjustments.
Working at heights up to 4 meters (ladders)

Sought-after competences

Experience as a car or industrial painter
Ability to work with a spray booth
Knowledge of surface preparation for painting
Ability to work at heights (ladders up to 4 m) is a plus
Communicative knowledge of German
Category B driving license
Own car
Willingness to work day shifts and flexible hours

We offer

Contract on German terms
Salary:€3,200 net starting immediately,€3,300 net from the 4th month
Gross rate: €14.91/h
Benefits: €200 / week – family travel allowance (Familienheimfahrt),€28 / day – Accommodation allowance, €8.50/day – travel allowance ... €600/month (single room, private bathroom, shared kitchen, Wi-Fi)

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

€230 gross in the first year.
€320 gross in the second year.
