For our client – a company with over 60 years of experience in the renovation and painting of aluminum, metal, and industrial facades throughout Germany – we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Car painter (F/M)

Location: Stimpfach, Germany

Accommodation: provided

Scope of responsibilities

painting industrial facades during assembly
painting with a cup gun
surface preparation: gluing, filling, sanding, priming
wet sanding of components
installing and securing components in the workplace (outdoor work)
assembly and work on scaffolding (approx. 2.5 m high)
ensuring safety and order at the workplace
assembly trips throughout Germany (multi-day business trips)
travel to the job site in a team car (meeting at the company's location)

Sought-after competences

Experience as a painter or in painting work
Ability to use a spray gun
Accuracy and attention to quality
Willingness to travel
Ability to work at heights
Category B driving license preferred (optional)
Communicative German required

We offer

Employment under German conditions
Monthly salary: €3,000-€3,200 net/month.
Free accommodation paid by the employer.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Lots of overtime – possibility of working 10 hours a day and on Saturdays.
Long-term cooperation (full workload).
Accommodation: max. 25 km from the workplace (single room, shared kitchen and bathroom, Wi-Fi)

Bonuses:
- €25 after 3 months of work
- €200 for referring an employee (paid after 4 weeks of work for the referred person)

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.

€230 gross in the first year
€320 gross in the second year
€420 gross in subsequent years
