CNC Grinder (F/M)
Location: Memmingen, Germany
Accommodation: provided
Scope of responsibilities
- operating and setting up CNC grinders according to order documentation
- performing minor maintenance and machine inspections
- producing and machining rotary discs (primarily for nozzles)
- configuring machines according to production requirements
- changing tools in machines – often multiple tools at once
- manual measurements using microscopes – checking compliance with tolerances and making any necessary corrections
- monitoring machine operation and making necessary corrections
- quality control of finished parts
- working in a large-scale production system
- sorting finished products into crates and placing them on transport vehicles
- after the implementation period – operating two machines simultaneously
- approximately 60% of production is carried out using steel Stainless Steel
