For our client - a renowned manufacturer of components for heavy industry, wind energy, construction machinery, and medicine - we are looking for experienced CNC operators to work on modern lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines (3- and 5-axis).

We are looking for candidates for the position:

Operator (F/M) CNC - Lathes, Milling Machines, Drilling Machines (3-5) axis))

Workplace: Gremsdorf, Germany

Accommodation: organized

Scope of responsibilities

Operation, setup, and monitoring of CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines)
Working on machines from renowned brands: Takisawa, Hermle, DMG Mori
Operation of machines with Siemens and Fanuc controls
Production and assembly of components such as slewing rings, slewing gears, large-size bearings, and transmission parts
Machining of workpieces up to 6 meters in diameter
Working with various materials: C45 steel, 42CrMo steel, GG cast iron, St52-3 steel
Performing measurements and quality control (dimensional, visual, and positioning inspection)
Working according to technical drawings and CAD data
Maintaining machines in good technical condition – daily maintenance and inspections

Sought-after competences

Professional education in the profession of a locksmith, lathe operator, milling machine operator, or a related field
or many years of experience operating CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines)
Ability to read technical drawings and work according to documentation
Experience working on Siemens or Fanuc controlled machines
Willingness to work with large-sized components
Overhead crane or crane license preferred (can be obtained through the company)
Reliability, accuracy, and independence
Communicative knowledge of German
Category B driving license
Own car
