For our client - a German company specializing in the production of specialized bearings and similar components that enable smooth and reliable rotational movements of machine elements - we are looking for candidates for the position of:

CNC Milling Machine Operator (F/M)
Location: Höchstadt, Germany

Scope of responsibilities

Independent tool changing and machine setup
Manually loading parts and components into the machine
Performing control measurements and quality control
Working from technical drawings
Creating technical documentation
Performing minor maintenance work (e.g., changing oil, water, filters)
Visual and quality inspection during the production process
Operating and supervising controls (Siemens, Heidenhain – depending on the machine)
Making minor program corrections (preferred but not required)
Performing general support work

General Information:

Production primarily in Small batches (approx. 2000–2500 pieces)
Supported machines: Takamaz XC 100, Mori Seiki DuraTurn, DMG Mori Seiki NZX / NLX, NL
Work on three-axis machines
Machined materials: aluminum, stainless and ordinary steel, metal alloys (e.g., beryllium copper)
Component weight: maximum 5–10 kg

Initially, work in a two-shift system (5:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Fridays 5:00 AM–11:00 AM and 11:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Later, a three-shift operation (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Sought-after competences

Experience working with CNC machines (at least 2 years)
Ability to read technical drawings
Willingness to work in a three-shift system
Experience machining complex components
Communicative knowledge of German
Category B driving license
Own car

We offer

Contract on German terms
Long-term employment
Wage: €14.90 gross/hour + per diem allowance
Monthly salary: €2,900 - €3,000 net/month
Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period.
- First year: €230 gross
- Second year: €320 gross
- Subsequent years: €420 gross
Accommodation: €600/month
