For our client - an agricultural machinery company located near Augsburg - we are looking for candidates for the position:

Locksmith - MAG Welder (F/M)

Scope of responsibilities

preparing components for welding
MAG welding (no certification required)
sawing and deburring metal components
post-weld processing
grinding components for agricultural machinery (e.g., with an angle grinder)
operating classic metalworking machines
preparatory work before welding
performing typical metalworking and auxiliary work

Sought-after competences

Experience as a locksmith with MAG welding skills
Knowledge of basic metalworking tools
Willingness for physical labor and precision metalworking
Flexibility and ability to work in an international team
Communicative knowledge of German
Category B driving license
Own car

We offer

Attractive salary:
€2,700 net/month (for the first 4 weeks – based on 168 hours and 22 days of work, tax class 1)
€2,800 net/month from the 5th week
Amounts include a net daily allowance: €45/day for 4 weeks, €49.90/day from the 5th week
Gross hourly rate: €14.90/hour
Benefits and bonuses:
€25 after 3 months of work
€200 for referring a new employee (paid after the referred person has worked 4 weeks)
Accommodation in single rooms with Wi-Fi (shared kitchen and bathroom)
Cost up to €600 per month (deducted from salary)
Maximum 20 km from the workplace
Overtime work available (upon agreement)

Vacation and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the schedule and after the trial period

In the first year €230 gross
In the second year €320 gross
In subsequent years €420 gross
