Scope of duties

preparing and aesthetically serving a variety of dishes – from German cuisine to international dishes
creating dishes for buffets, banquet menus and à la carte menus
preparing dishes according to recipes or original ideas
bringing in your own, creative suggestions for dishes and recipes
supporting the chef in planning the menu
working in accordance with the highest hygiene standards

Wanted competences

experience in working in high-end restaurants or hotels
knowledge of the principles of work in high-quality gastronomy
creativity and passion for cooking
ability to work in a team
communicative knowledge of German
driving license category B

We offer

a contract on German terms
long-term employment
a rate of €14.90 gross/h + €40 allowance/day
monthly salary of €2615 net/month.
