Greenhouse Worker (tomatoes)
Location: Rijkevorsel, Belgium

SEASONAL WORK

Job description:

working on growing tomatoes in a greenhouse
trimming and caring for plants
harvesting and weighing tomatoes
selecting, sorting, and preparing for packaging (removing leaves, arranging, drying)
designating work areas (rows, sections)
keeping the workplace tidy
working the early morning shift

We offer:

Employment under Belgian conditions
Wage of €12.64 gross/hour (approx. €330 net/week for 40 hours)
Work under the Plukkarten system
50 hours of work per week
Option to use company accommodation - paid €85/week (double room)
Health insurance - optional, paid €10 per month
Fuel card at employer's expense

Requirements:

Readiness for physical labor in a greenhouse
Flexibility and availability for full-time work
Accuracy and conscientiousness in carrying out assigned tasks
Experience in harvesting is preferred but not required
Knowledge of English at a minimum basic level
Category B driving license
