Heftruck Operator (M/F) (Coca-Cola)

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Loading and unloading trucks using a heftruck forklift
  • Carefully transporting pallets with large quantities of beverages and placing them in designated locations
  • 80% of the work is outdoors (heated cabin in winter, air conditioning available in summer)
  • Working in a 3-shift system:

    • Morning: 06:00–14:00

    • Afternoon: 14:00–22:00

    • Night: 22:00–06:00

  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Cooperation with the rest of the team
Required Skills
 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a heftruck forklift operator (4–8 tons) – mandatory

  • Valid Dutch forklift certificate

  • Experience with long forks, short forks, double forks, and “tiger-claw” clamp is an advantage

  • Willingness to start long-term employment

  • Good command of English – mandatory

  • Category B driving license (own transport is an advantage)

  • Availability to work throughout the week, including the summer period

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, especially night shifts

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire company premises

We offer
  • Dutch employment contract

  • 25 vacation days (full-time) + 8.33% holiday allowance

  • Starting salary: €17.75 gross per hour

  • Attractive shift allowances depending on working hours:

    • +30% after 17:30 = €23.08/hour

    • +45% after midnight = €25.74/hour

  • Paid breaks (1 hour per shift)

  • Travel allowance: €0.23/km
