Production Operator (F/M) (Coca-Cola)

Location: Dongen, Netherlands

Scope of responsibilities

Production line operation and production process support
Ongoing product quality control
Setting machine parameters
Troubleshooting minor technical issues
Ensuring material availability on the line
Maintaining order and safety at the workplace
Participation in mandatory introductory training (3 weeks)

Sought-after competences

Good command of English (required)
Experience in production or as an operator
Technical education or experience
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including night shifts
Availability to work Monday to Sunday
Category B driving license
Own transport preferred
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire workplace

We offer

Contract on German terms
Hourly rate: €17.28 gross/h
Shift allowances up to 50% (totaling up to €24.19 gross/h)
Paid breaks (1 hour per shift)
Work in a 3-shift system: 07:00–15:00 | 15:00–23:00 | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Possibility of promotion to operator within 6 months
Reimbursement of travel expenses: €0.23/km
