Order Picker (night shifts, supermarket assortment)

Location: Kontich, Belgium

The project will last until the end of February 2026

 

kompletowanie zamówień, praca magazynowa, pakowanie towarów, sortowanie produktów, przygotowanie wysyłek, obsługa skanera, inwentaryzacja, zarządzanie zapasami, praca na magazynie, logistyka magazynowa, kontrola jakości, zbieranie zamówień, praca fizyczna, wydawanie towaru, przygotowanie produktów do wysyłki, załadunek i rozładunek, organizacja magazynu
Job Responsibilities
 
  • order picking using a voice-pick system
  • preparing completed pallets for shipment
  • sorting and moving goods in the warehouse
  • packing goods into boxes (supermarket assortment)
  • working a fixed night shift (22:00–06:00)
  • working every Saturday, with one day off during the week
  • during the peak season (October-November-December), working 6 days a week
Required Skills

 

  • willingness to work a fixed night shift
  • experience in order picking using a voice-pick system
  • at least 2 years of experience as an order picker
  • communicative level of English
  • flexible approach to assigned tasks
  • willingness to perform physical work
  • willingness to work on Saturdays and 6 days a week during the peak season (October-November-December)
  • category B driving licence
We offer

 

  • employment contract under Belgian conditions
  • hourly rate: €15.68 gross/h + shift allowance (+12.5% = €17.65 gross/h)
  • weekly salary payments
  • meal voucher of €6.00 per working day
  • holiday bonus – 15.38% of annual gross earnings
  • year-end bonus – 8.33% of annual gross earnings (provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year)
  • guaranteed 38 working hours per week, overtime paid at 150%
  • option to use company accommodation – €102/week (shared twin room) or €154/week (single room)
  • possibility to purchase additional health insurance – €10/month
