Loading and unloading worker (night shifts, store inventory)

Scope of responsibilities

Working on loading and unloading goods at fixed night hours
Safe equipment operation: Operating BT/EPT trucks to load, transport, and pick up goods on appropriate ramps and trucks, in accordance with applicable loading regulations.
Order picking: Efficient and precise product picking, transport, and stacking in accordance with storage requirements.
Inventory management: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of goods' location; assisting with inventory, replenishment, and stock counting.
Space optimization: Aesthetically pleasing and orderly arrangement of pallets, products, and materials in designated areas, taking into account accessibility and efficient use of space.
Completing incoming and outgoing shipment documentation
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and securing goods in accordance with applicable guidelines
Working a permanent night shift

Sought-after competences

Experience in a similar position
Ability to operate a BT or EPT forklift
Good command of English
Readiness to start work immediately
Ease of working in a team, conscientiousness, accuracy
Category B driving license
Good physical fitness
Willingness to work a permanent night shift

We offer

Employment under Belgian conditions
Wage: €15.68 gross/h + 12.5% shift allowance = €17.64 gross/h (salary paid weekly); €500 net/week
Guaranteed 39 hours of work per week, overtime paid at 150%
Holiday bonus - over a year of work will amount to approximately €4,800 gross (15.38% of gross annual earnings)
Annual bonus - over a year of work will amount to approximately €2,600 gross (8.33% gross annual earnings) – provided you work at least 65 days between July of the current year and June of the following year.
Option to use company accommodation - €102/week (double room), €154/week (single room)
Food voucher worth €6 gross for each day worked (employee's own contribution €1.09)
Option to purchase additional health insurance - €10 per month
