For our client – a stable and growing network of body and paint shops – we are looking for candidates for the position:

Sheet metal worker bodywork (F/M)

Workplace: various locations, Belgium

Scope of responsibilities

Repair of various types of damage to body panels using welding techniques, dent removal methods, and metal shrinking
Sealing repaired surfaces and protecting them from leaks and drafts
Cleaning the vehicle before handover to the customer
Disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of body parts, equipment, and fasteners
Checking chassis/body geometry and correcting deformations
Reporting completed work to the appropriate departments
Scheduling work according to customer needs
Sorting and packaging recovered fluids
The company employs staff in three specializations:

Surface preparation, filler, and sanding

part disassembly/assembly, creating parts lists

welding, dent removal

Sought-after competences

Relevant education or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in repairing serious panel damage
Experience working with hybrid and/or electric vehicles
Communicative knowledge of English or French
Category B driving license
Own car preferred
Flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills
Knowledge of modern tools and technologies (ADAS, PDR) – training available
Welding, soldering, and frame work skills
Experience in disassembly, surface preparation, or painting is a plus
HEV2 certification – a big plus

We offer

Contract on Belgian terms
Guaranteed 39 hours/week
Weekly pay
Salary €17–20 gross/hour
Food vouchers €8/day
Working hours:

Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Fri 8:00–15:30

Overtime paid at 100%
